Designing is the step we are most excited about, because we don't put limits on our customers' ideas and what we can do with paper. This is the first phase of our work, thanks to which we are able to find a suitable solution for every need. We design, conceptualise and create projects from start to finish, meticulously following all stages of product processing in-house and ensuring the highest quality, without neglecting any detail.

The most important stage is certainly the printing, which determines the correct implementation of any promotional solution. Thanks to our machinery, we are able to produce large and small format prints, both with offset printing for high-volume print runs and with digital printing for small runs, so that we can fulfil all requests. During the lamination phase we are able to handle a variety of substrates: corrugated board, folding carton and laminil. All dies are designed and manufactured in-house for our die-cutting machines: one manual and one semi-automatic. The entire paper production line is structured on a 1200x1600 format, but in 2020 Cartongraph included DIGITAL PRINTING and PLOTTER CUTTING on a 3000x2000 format in its production line, giving us the possibility to use all types of materials such as wood, dibond, forex, plexiglass and many others.

We can also offer our customers support in the assembly and set-up of in-store promotional material. Our technicians will be able to support you at all stages and in all types of set-up, from shop window displays to promotional islands in large-scale retail stores.

One of the most important departments within the company is the packaging department, where the final stages of processing take place. Here, thanks to our three glue plotters and qualified staff, we package all types of products according to requirements, including loading the display structures with the final product. We follow the customer at every stage, including logistics structures designed to optimise handling and dispatch, with the possibility of warehouse picking for dedicated promotional campaigns.

We carry out a special test to check whether the display can withstand a substantial weight, from the company to the point of sale, to ensure that the quality of both the product and our services is always excellent. Thanks to this additional check, we can simulate the transport of the products and their arrival at the point of sale in order to prevent drawbacks and calibrate the actual capacity of the display.
